**Responsibilities**:
**Design Conceptualization**: Develop creative and innovative fashion concepts and ideas that align with the brand's identity and target audience.

**Sketching and Illustration**: Create detailed sketches, drawings, and illustrations of clothing designs using both traditional and digital tools.

**Fabric and Material Selection**: Research and select appropriate fabrics, materials, and trims for each design, considering factors like durability, comfort, and aesthetics.

**Pattern Making**: Create patterns for garments and oversee the pattern-making process to ensure accurate and high-quality production.

**Prototype Development**: Work closely with the pattern makers and sample makers to produce prototypes and samples of designs for testing and refinement.

**Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics to inform design decisions and keep the brand competitive.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with other team members, such as the production team, merchandisers, and marketing team, to ensure designs are produced in a timely and cost-effective manner.

**Quality Control**: Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure the quality and craftsmanship of the final products meet the brand's standards.

**Budget Management**: Manage design budgets, including sourcing cost-effective materials and tracking expenses related to design development.

**Presentation**: Prepare and deliver presentations of design concepts, prototypes, and collections to senior management and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and pattern-making software (e.g., AutoCAD, Gerber).

Strong knowledge of têxtiles, garment construction, and production processes.

Excellent sketching and illustration skills.

Creative and innovative thinking with an understanding of current fashion trends.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.

Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
