**Job Summary**: The Special Educator will be responsible for providing specialized instructional and behavioral support to students with multiple disabilities. They will work closely with other educators and therapists to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs. The role requires strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, as well as a compassionate and patient approach to teaching.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement IEPs for students based on assessment of their abilities and needs.
- Adapt classroom activities, teaching methods, and materials to meet the individual needs of students.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly; adjust instructional strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the student's education.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and behavior.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and professional development activities as required.

**Professional Qualifications**:

- D.Ed or B.Ed in Special Education from a recognized institution.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

**Remuneration**: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,009.00 per month
