Intensive and holistic early intervention is the most promising approach for alleviation of disorders. Successful integration into mainstream schools for these children can only be achieved when the objectives and common goals are shared between parents, teachers, therapists and caregivers and adequate preparation is done in the preschool years.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assess Student’s skills to determine their needs and to set their goals along with the rest of the team working with the child.
- Adapt lessons to meet the needs of students.
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student.
- Plan, organize, and assign activities daily, monthly, quarterly that are specific to each student’s abilities.
- Teach and mentor students as a class, in small groups, and one-on-one
- Coordination and assimilation of information from other therapists, educators, and parents to ensure educational priorities are met for the child.
- Implement IEPs, assess students’ performance, and track their progress.
- Update IEPs to reflect students’ progress and goals.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
**Communication Skills**: English, Hindi and Regional Language
**Employment Type** - Full Time
**Work Hours** - 9.00 am to 6.00 PM
**Qualification** : B.Ed, M.Ed or D.ed in Special Education
Exp Required: - 0-4yrs
**Location**:

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
