This enables them to offer customers a product of the highest quality at the most competitive price. **Job Profile** **Designation - CFO** **Experience : 3 - 5 yrs** **Salary : Upto 9 LPA** **Roles & Responsibilities** - Manage the company’s financial planning - Plan and perform risk management duties - Analyze and manage the organization’s liabilities and investments - Plan, implement and manage investment strategies - Manage fundraising plans and capital structure - Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports. - Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets. - Determine finance KPIs - Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable - Works with the Chairman and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process. - Supervise finance personnel such as controllers, financial advisors, financial consultants and treasurers - Manage and retain relationships with various vendors - Prepare and present forecasting reports - Adhere to the law and company’s policies - Reviews planning process and suggests improvements to current methods. - Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination **Working Days & Timing**: Days : 6 Days (Mon - Sat) 1st and 3rd Sat half day working, 2nd and 4th Sat off Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year Schedule: - Day shift Application Question(s): - What is your Current CTC? - Have you managed financial planning for a company? - Have you been involved in fundraising activities for a company? - Are you experienced in preparing financial statements like income statements and balance sheets? - Have you compared budgeted expenses to actual expenses in your past roles? - Do you have experience in managing and analyzing cash flow? - Have you collaborated with senior management or executives in financial planning? - Do you have experience in identifying and managing financial risks? **Experience**: - Financial: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
