A Bakery Store Steward plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and smooth functioning of a bakery store. This position is integral to maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment for customers while supporting bakery staff in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
**Cleaning and Sanitization**: Keep the bakery store area clean, including countertops, display cases, floors, and equipment. Regularly sanitize surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Dishwashing and Utensil Care**: Wash, dry, and organize baking tools, utensils, trays, and dishes. Ensure that they are ready for use by bakery staff at all times.

**Display and Presentation**: Assist in arranging and presenting bakery products in display cases, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-organized. Maintain stock levels and replenish items as needed throughout the day.

**Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials, disposable items, and cleaning supplies. Communicate with management to reorder items as necessary to avoid shortages.

**Assistance to Bakery Staff**: Support bakery staff by fetching ingredients, preparing basic components, and ensuring workstations are clean and organized. Help with tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing dough, and preparing pastry fillings.

**Customer Service**: Greet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude. Answer basic customer questions about products, ingredients, and prices. Assist in packaging bakery items for customers and handle payment transactions if required.

**Maintenance and Upkeep**: Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or addressing minor plumbing issues, if necessary.

**Compliance with Hygiene Standards**: Adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines, including proper handwashing, wearing appropriate gloves, and maintaining a clean appearance. Assist in the implementation of health and safety protocols.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with bakery staff and management to ensure seamless operations. Communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and maintain a positive working environment.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
