Test Automation Architect
**Job Title**: Software Test Architect
**Experience Required**: 8-10 Years
**Location**: Ahmedabad. (Work From Office)

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and solutions.
- Lead the implementation of automation strategies and best practices across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and goals.
- Mentor and guide test automation engineers in developing and executing automated test scripts.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards and provide recommendations as required.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the automation process.
- Drive continuous improvement in automation processes and methodologies.
- Provide technical leadership and support to the automation team.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to automation frameworks and processes.
- Build a team of competent and right-skilled resources for delivering test automation projects efficiently.
- Develop and present proof of concept based solutions for test automation requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Test Automation Architect or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Extensive experience with automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber, Testsigma, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and integrating automation tests into build pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with performance testing tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing solutions and environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Certifications in software testing or test automation.
