**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement performance testing strategies and solutions.
2. Define performance test objectives, scenarios, and success criteria based on project requirements.
3. Develop performance test scripts and execute performance tests using industry-standard tools.
4. Analyze performance test results and identify performance bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
6. Create comprehensive performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 8-10 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
3. Proficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad.
4. Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
