**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, calling, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate hiring processes for clients and internal teams
- Support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives
- Bring innovative solutions to streamline HR processes

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of HR experience
- Excellent communication skills in **Malayalam and English**:

- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a **fast-paced startup environment**
