Job responsible for reaching out to potential customers, typically via phone, to promote products, services, or gather information for sales leads. Their duties may include:

- **Outbound Calls**: Contacting individuals or businesses to introduce products or services, offer promotions, or gather market research data and fixed an appointment with the businesses owner or Management
- **Inbound Calls**: Answering calls from customers to assist with inquiries, provide information, or handle sales transactions.
- **Sales**: Persuading potential customers to purchase products or services or schedule follow-up appointments.
- **Lead Generation**: Identifying and qualifying leads by asking pertinent questions and collecting relevant information.
- **Customer Engagement**: Building rapport with customers and providing excellent customer service during calls.
- **Data Entry**: Recording and updating customer information, call outcomes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
- **Meeting Targets**: Achieving sales quotas or call targets set by the employer or department.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring calls adhere to regulatory standards and company policies, including respecting "Do Not Call" lists.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
