- Supervises, motivates, and evaluates the day-to-day performance of the People Connect team, specifically the Tier 2 Specialists. Ensures adherence to all HR process provisions, proper call and transaction handling, and related processes, procedures, and regulations. Maximizes workflow and productivity._
- Responsibilities_
- _Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring for staff development and growth_
- _Lead and perform human resources related transactions and business processes to ensure timely and accurate data based upon system workflow and business requirements_
- _Lead ad hoc and periodic comprehensive and detailed process reviews for all service areas. Lead the ongoing development, impact analysis and documentation of procedures, processes, and protocols in partnership with internal HR partners._
- _Participate in the testing, implementation, upgrading and support of new or modified system changes._
- _Manage the performance expectations of the team and ensure SLAs are being met_
- _Participate in and oversee project work to support additional work intake for HR Services team_
- _Is available to staff to answer questions. Monitors Requests and gives ongoing continuous feedback. Identifies and delivers on training opportunities._
- _Manages issue escalations and Provides guidance to staff and handles escalated issues directly, as appropriate. Identifies opportunities to provide corrective services to address customer complaints._
- _Communicates and maintains relationship with COEs to ensure on track for all team to deliver great employee service via Request work and process gap analysis. Lateral._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _Relevant years of experience in an HR support or customer service role, with at least some years in a supervisory in a shared services environment._
- _Proficiency in Microsoft suite products_
- _Work collaboratively with others, creating partnerships with management, colleagues, and the rest of the human resources function._
- _Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously, while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail._
- _Experience with continuous process improvement_
- _Experience with Service Now for HR or similar HR Case Management system_
- _Having experience in UKG (UltiPro System) is preferred_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)._
