- **Phone Management**:Answering, screening, and routing phone calls, taking messages, and ensuring clear communication with all parties.
- **Information and Inquiries**:Handling general inquiries, providing information about the company, and directing customers to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, confirming details, and sending reminders to all participants.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of visitors, phone calls, messages, and other administrative information.
- **Mail and Package Handling**:Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery.
- **Office Supplies and Inventory**:Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- **Front Desk Maintenance**:Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional-looking front desk area.
- **Customer Service**:Providing friendly and helpful customer service to all visitors and clients.

Additional Responsibilities:

- **Data Entry**:Performing basic data entry tasks, such as updating records in a database or spreadsheet.
- **Reporting**:Preparing reports on front desk activities, as needed.
- **Problem Solving**:Addressing minor issues or concerns that arise at the front desk and escalating more complex problems to the appropriate personnel.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.

Pay: ₹8,574.03 - ₹26,953.75 per month
