**Job Summary**:
Lifetime Health Home Healthcare is seeking a dynamic **Customer Sales Executive** with 0 to 1 years of experience in voice process sales. The primary responsibility of this role is to convert digitally generated leads into sales by effectively engaging with potential clients, understanding their healthcare needs, and promoting our home healthcare services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Conversion & Sales**:
- Contact potential customers from digitally generated leads (via website inquiries, social media, paid ads, etc.).
- Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate home healthcare solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- **Customer Engagement & Relationship Management**:
- Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with digital lead generation efforts.
- Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 3 Months to 1 year in sales or a related industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to convert digital leads into sales effectively.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
**Other**: Comfortable working with inbound leads and following structured follow-up processes.
Pay: ₹25,000- ₹30,000per month + incentives
Schedule:
