Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Support Leadership:
1. Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives, ensuring they provide high-quality support to our customers and meet upselling goals.

2. Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to measure the team's effectiveness and efficiency.

3. Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and coach team members to achieve excellence in customer service.

Customer Engagement:
1. Interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance related to Lifetime Health services.

2. Ensure that customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Process Improvement:
1. Continuously assess and improve chat-based support processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Identify opportunities for automation and the implementation of chatbots to streamline customer interactions.

Training and Development:
1. Provide training and guidance to support representatives to improve their upselling skills.

2. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Data Analysis:
1. Analyze chat support data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

2. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and implement changes to enhance customer support.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

1. 3-4years of experience in a customer support role with a focus on chat-based interactions.

2. Experience managing a team of support representatives in Upselling services.

3. Strong written communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

4. Proficiency in chat-based support tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
