**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and onboard new clients including retail outlets, bars, and distributors.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Promote and upsell our premium range of spirits, emphasizing quality and uniqueness.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Organize and participate in product sampling and promotional events.
- Monitor competitor activities and share timely market insights with the management team.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, orders, and feedback.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in liquor sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with liquor distribution regulations and compliance is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
