- Communicates architecture to business and management

- Inspects database solutions
- Acts as enterprise consultant and data/ database SME
- Advises development group on project resources and estimates
- Communicates architecture to development group
- Install and test new versions of the database management system (DBMS)
- Control access permissions and privileges
- Provide development of database objects tables, views, stored procedures, user defined functions, indexes and triggers in coordination with web code development
- Ensure database security to help prevent SQL injection attacks
- Develop new reports using SQL Server Reporting Services and design database structures to be efficiently queried

**Database Administration**: Manage, maintain, and optimize MS SQL and mySQL databases to ensure high availability and performance.
**- Performance Monitoring**: Continuously monitor database performance and implement tuning measures to enhance efficiency and reliability.
**- Backup and Recovery**: Develop and execute comprehensive backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data integrity.
**- Security Implementation** : Enforce database security protocols, including user access management and data encryption.**:

- Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve database-related issues, including performance bottlenecks and connectivity problems.
**- Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation of database configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
