Chief Finance Officer

We are a market-leading gaming company and join us as our next Chief Financial Officer We're seeking a visionary Financial Leader to bring finance as a function to the heart of our business and drive our continued success. As the CFO, you'll be a key member of the executive leadership team, driving financial strategies and managing all aspects of finance. You'll bring your expertise in M&A and IPO to the table and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company.
- Develop and execute financial strategies that support the company's growth and profitability
- Lead M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning
- Prepare and manage the IPO process, including regulatory compliance and investor relations
- Work closely with the executive leadership team to align finance with overall business goals
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- At least 12 years of experience in finance, with significant experience in M&A and IPO
- Proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking
- Strong relationships with investors, banks, and other key financial stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial spirit at heart with a mindset of extreme ownership.
- Excellent analytical skills, and curiosity with a strong interest in gaming.
- Experience in a globally distributed and diverse corporate environment.
- Ability to challenge and influence senior leadership with demonstrated ability to drive business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
