**Job Overview**:

- We are looking for an HR Executive/Recruiter to support our Human Resources department.
- You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
- Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Create and implement onboarding plans.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records(attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
