**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through client visits, referrals, and other channels.
- Meet clients, contractors, and bidders on-site to present products and drive business growth,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients for long-term business growth.
- Understand customer needs, gather requirements, and share inputs with internal teams for smooth execution.
- Follow up on leads promptly and ensure timely conversion into sales.
- Drive deal closures by negotiating effectively and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Manage after-sales services to uphold customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Track competitor activities and market trends to support business strategy.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, client visits, and financial data.
- Coordinate with internal teams and departments to drive sales performance

**Requirements**:

- Hands-on experience in driving sales, field marketing, and expanding business opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident, results-oriented, and skilled in client interactions
- Committed to traveling as needed for client visits and business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office will be an added advantage.
