**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Platform Management**: Manage Nutriride’s product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant e-commerce channels.
- **Campaign Execution**: Implement and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart to boost product visibility and sales.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply and avoid stockouts.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics for e-commerce orders.
- Perform regular inventory reconciliation and update records in the system.
- **Order Processing**: Ensure timely processing, packaging, and dispatch of customer orders.
- **Content Optimization**: Update product descriptions, images, and specifications for better SEO and customer engagement.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Track and analyze key metrics such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates. Generate regular performance and inventory reports.
- **Customer Interaction**: Address customer queries, reviews, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Keep track of competitor strategies and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce management on Amazon and Flipkart.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in managing Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Hands-on experience in inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Experience with campaign management and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize listings.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for health and fitness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
