We are seeking a skilled and passionate Salad Chef to join our kitchen team at Hypothalamus. As a Salad Chef, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious and delicious salads that align with our personalized meal plans, focused on supporting various health conditions. You will work closely with our kitchen team to create balanced, flavorful meals that meet dietary requirements and promote overall wellness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare fresh, seasonal salads and salad dressings according to our recipes and customer needs.
- Ensure that all salads are nutritionally balanced and aligned with specific dietary requirements (e.g., diabetes-friendly, heart-healthy, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the salad prep area.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Hypothalamus standards.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering fresh ingredients.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Continuously innovate and experiment with new salad recipes and ingredients to enhance meal variety and flavor.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Salad Chef or similar role in a kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of nutrition and the ability to create health-focused, balanced meals.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
