**About Us**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop demand generation strategies across channels to meet the organization's business goals - MQLs, Pipeline & Revenue
- Monitor, analyze and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns, create reports, and assess against organization’s goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Conduct extensive market research (industry, customer & competition) and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for lead generation
- Monitor website performance & footfalls, ensure the website is up to date with latest keywords, suggest improvements for better user engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
- Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
- Hands on experience on tools such as Google AdWords, Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Google Search Console & SEMRush
- Event Management - Plan and exhibit at regional events and tradeshows

**Basic Qualifications**
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing or related field
- Proficient in marketing automation tools
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements**

Hybrid - 3 days work from office

30% travel - Events, tradeshows, distributor meetings
