We are looking for a passionate and creative **UI/UX designer** to join our growing team at **Unicrop Biochem**. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding user experience through intuitive and visually appealing interface designs.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the design.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
- Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Figma** and other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of **user-centered design principles**, usability, and accessibility.
- Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to life.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX skills and design thinking.
