**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, edit, and proofread engaging content including posts, articles, newsletters, graphics, and short-form videos.
- Support the management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) ensuring timely posting and brand consistency.
- Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to generate fresh content ideas.
- Coordinate with designers and other team members to produce visual and written content.
- Track and report performance of content through analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
- Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and ranking on search engines.
- Assist in managing content calendars and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.
- Support in creating marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and ad creatives.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation (internship experience acceptable).
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
