**Job Title: Customer -> **Service Representative ( L2 - E-Commerce) We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Premium E-Commerce Process. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our valued clients. If you have a passion for customer service and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, we would love to hear from you **Responsibilities**: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Assisting customers in navigating through the e-commerce platform and guiding them in making purchases. Providing product information, order status updates, and handling product returns or exchanges. Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborating with other team members to address complex customer issues and escalations. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while assisting customers. Adhering to the 24*7 work environment and rotational shifts (Transportation available). Upholding the company's reputation for excellent customer service. Job Requirements: Educational Qualification: Any UG/ Graduate can apply. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service is required. Communication Skills: Proficient in written and oral communication. Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment, including rotational shifts. **Salary**: Salary up to 2.45 LPA, with a take-home salary of 18,000/- per month. **Benefits**: Competitive salary package from day one.
