**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate, prepare, and compile bid submission documents, including tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.

Ensure all submissions align with tender requirements and deadlines.

Organize and synchronize efforts across departments related to tendering, bidding, and contract review activities.

Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders for effective communication and timely submissions.

Manage and coordinate bid requirements through various government e-tendering platforms like the GEM Portal.

Compile and communicate queries or requests for additional information to customers.

Review incoming tenders, noting key details such as submission deadlines, project timelines, and specific instructions or requirements.

Gather and analyze tender-related information from various sources, including online platforms and industry data.

Monitor and ensure adherence to submission deadlines, including managing document binding, packing, and dispatch.

Maintain consistency in formatting, font usage, logo placement, and compliance with customer specifications.

Ensure all tender submissions are uniform and adhere to organizational and customer standards.

Regularly review and update processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in bid submissions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
