Chubb - Squad Owner for Test Data Management - Job Description:
As a Squad Owner for Test Data Management at Chubb, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals in the effective management and utilization of test data within the organization. You will play a crucial role in defining the test data management strategy and ensuring the availability, quality, and security of test data for various testing activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of test data management professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, testers, and project managers, to understand and gather test data requirements.
- Develop and implement test data management strategies, policies, and best practices to ensure efficient and effective data management throughout the organization.
- Design and maintain test data environments, including the creation, extraction, generation, and maintenance of test data sets.
- Collaborate with data owners and data stewards to ensure the availability and quality of test data, while also complying with data privacy and security regulations.
- Implement and maintain test data management tools and technologies to automate data provisioning, data masking, data subsetting, and data obfuscation processes.
- Monitor and analyze test data usage patterns and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize test data management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve test data-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in test data management and recommend improvements or innovative approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication in test data management initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in test data management roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of test data management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Knowledge of testing processes and methodologies, including functional, system, regression, and performance testing.
- Familiarity with test data management tools and technologies, such as Informatica TDM, CA Test Data Manager, or similar.
- Proficiency in SQL scripting and data manipulation.
- Sound knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and database technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
