Job Description: Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process

**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive (Voice Process)
**Work Schedule**: Night Shifts

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries and complaints over voice calls for an international audience.
- Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
- Accurately log and update customer information and case details in the system.
- Adhere to company guidelines, call handling protocols, and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification**:HSC with 1 year of experience** in a voice-based customer service role (mandatory).
- **Graduates (freshers)** are also eligible to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Willingness to work night shifts** and flexible with rotational schedules.
- Comfortable traveling to the office; **pick and drop service** will be provided.
- Must be an **immediate joiner** (not serving a notice period).
- All necessary company documents, including offer letters, experience letters, and salary slips, must be available.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
