As Business Controller, you will be reporting to the Director
- Finance and Procurement in India and the following tasks would be a part of your job profile:

- Finance Business Partnering and providing financial leadership support.
- Actively participate in M&A, projects feasibility study and Due Diligence processes.
- Lead corporate financing/project financing of the respective projects in collaboration with global Treasury.
- Project & Business valuations on periodical basis and assess impairment requirements.
- Analyze data and advise top management on how to maximize profits.
- Business control and Trade Receivables & recovery.
- Preparation of Planning/ budget figures & Forecasts and variance analysis including various MIS.
- Periodically review of all controls and accounting processes, suggesting improvements.
- Responsible for the Statutory Financial Statements as per the Indian Fiscal Year and under Indian GAAP and to provide support during the various audits including tax audits, internal audit, and cost audit.
- Preparation of the monthly financials for reporting to the Group within timeline.
- To ensure sufficient working capital for the normal operational activities, cashflow and liquidity management.
- Support and follow up on loan agreements, bank/ corporate guarantees, and bank accounts [in cooperation with Central Treasury].
- Driving digitalization, process excellency and automation locally in cooperation with Group.

**Qualifications**:
We look for experienced personnel with the essential skills that includes:

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years working experience
- Adequate knowledge of Indian GAAP, IFRS, IAS, IND-AS and Indian direct and indirect Taxes
- Experience working in a matrix organisation and preferably in an international company (MNC) engaged in renewable power.
