- 5. Knowledge on Oracle, HANA database adminsitration
- 6. Transport movement accross complex landscape and troubleshooting
- 7. Good experience on support pack upgrades, Addon installation/upgrades
- 8. Good Experience Spool server configurations, Daily monitoring, health checks and housekeeping jobs, Background job scheduling, Partner profile creations
- 9. Handling incident, Service requests and supporting maintenance activities
- 10. Support on different SAP products like ECC, BW, SCM, Portal, PO/PI, CRM**Mandatory skills**
