**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and clients to promote our products and services effectively.
- **Field Visits**: Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- **Showroom Support**: Assist in showroom operations by showcasing products, answering queries, and providing information on features and benefits.
- **Product Presentations**: Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to architects and clients, highlighting the technical specifications and advantages of our products.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and product offerings.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups; provide regular updates to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, business, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 1 to 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the architecture or construction industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with construction products and architectural specifications is a plus.
