**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain import-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements for import operations.

**Invoice Follow-Up**:

- Monitor and follow up on invoices with vendors and internal departments.
- Reconcile any discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.

**Goods Receipt (GR)**:

- Handle GR processes efficiently using ERP systems.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for accurate and timely GR entries.

**ERP Management**:

- Use ERP software to update and manage commercial work records.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in the ERP system.

**General Administrative Tasks**:

- Support the commercial team with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Maintain organized records for audits and internal reviews.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**: Any graduate.

**Experience**: 3 to 8 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the manufacturing sector with Operations or Sales profile

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of import documentation and invoicing processes.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
