We are a leading brand in salon and spa furniture, catering to top beauty salons, dermatology clinics, makeup artists, and wellness professionals across India. Our digital campaigns generate a high volume of qualified leads, and we're building a high-performance core sales team to convert these leads into loyal customers.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Conversion: _ Engage with inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.)
- Product Presentation:_ Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers—tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Customer Relationship Management:_ Build rapport, follow up consistently, and guide clients through the purchase journey.
- CRM Usage:_ Maintain accurate lead records and update status in CRM software / tracker sheets provided.
- Target Achievement:_ Meet and exceed weekly and monthly conversion targets and KPIs.
- Feedback Collection:_ Understand customer objections and relay insights to the marketing and product teams.
- Cross-Selling:_ Suggest complementary products and add-ons to increase order value.
- **Requirements**:
**Experience**: 1-3 years in telesales or inside sales (B2B or B2C); furniture or Large Appliances (beauty industry) experience is a plus.

**Skills**: Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages a bonus).

Comfortable working with CRMs / MS office / Excel Spreadsheets and using tools like WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, etc.

Ability to handle high lead volumes and multitask effectively.

**Attitude**: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused. Willingness to learn about salon/spa furniture products and industry trends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
