A **Junior Quantity Surveyor** typically works under the supervision of senior surveyors or project managers, assisting in managing the costs and budgets of construction projects. The role involves a mix of administrative and technical tasks, such as:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Cost Estimation and Budgeting**:

- Assist in preparing cost estimates for construction projects.
- Help create and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are kept within set limits.
- **Cost Control**:

- Monitor and track project costs during construction.
- Assist in cost analysis and suggest cost-saving measures.
- **Tendering and Procurement**:

- Help with the preparation of tender documents.
- Assist in evaluating contractor bids and selecting suppliers or subcontractors.
- **Contract Administration**:

- Support in managing contracts with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Assist in reviewing contractual terms and ensuring compliance.
- **Measurement and Valuation**:

- Help prepare valuations of completed work for payment processing.
- **Site Visits and Inspections**:

- Attend site meetings and conduct site visits to monitor progress and costs.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to contract specifications and standards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of contracts, correspondence, and financial reports.
- Prepare progress reports for clients and senior management.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide support to senior surveyors in project decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience : Minimum 6 months to 7 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
