**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Travel Sales Representative** to join our dynamic sales team. As a Travel Sales Representative, you will be responsible for helping clients plan and book their travel experiences. You will provide expert advice on destinations, packages, accommodations, and transport options, ensuring that each client has a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on current travel trends, destinations, and packages to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
- **Booking Travel**: Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, tours, cruises, car rentals, and other travel services.
- **Provide Customized Travel Solutions**: Design personalized itineraries based on client needs, including special requests such as family trips, honeymoons, or adventure tours.
- **Upsell Services**: Recommend upgrades, add-ons, and additional services to enhance clients' travel experiences.
- **Customer Service**: Handle any travel-related issues or complaints and resolve them in a timely manner.
- **Meet Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- **Maintain Client Relationships**: Follow up with clients post-trip to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction, encouraging repeat business.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Process bookings, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in travel sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
- A passion for travel and a good understanding of popular travel destinations and trends.
- Experience with booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of the travel industry and trends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation skills.
