**Job Overview**:The Marketing and Student Recruitment Coordinator** plays a critical role in attracting and enrolling students into the academic programs. This role involves engaging with prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring a smooth transition into the academy. The Marketing and Student Recruitment Coordinator acts as a liaison between the academic and potential students, providing comprehensive information about the programs, admissions criteria, and the benefits of enrolling.
- Attend education fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events to promote the academy.
- Counseling and Guidance: Provide detailed information and counseling to prospective students regarding admission requirements, program offerings, financial aid, and other inquiries.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the admissions database.
- Prepare regular reports on admissions metrics and progress towards recruitment targets.
- Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educators.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, academic departments, and financial aid to ensure a cohesive approach to student recruitment.
- Collaborate with alumni and current students to leverage testimonials and success stories in recruitment efforts.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new recruitment opportunities and trends in the education sector.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance promotional materials and strategies.
- Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other related tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage detailed information accurately.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing priorities and different aspects of the admissions process.

- Work Environment: Office environment with occasional travel to recruitment events.
- May require working evenings and weekends during peak admission periods
