Job Summary: The Coordinator of Student Activities reports to the Director, Dean, Assistant Dean affairs Services and directs and coordinates all student related activities and functions, including intramurals, to enhance the growth and development of all students by providing social, cultural, recreational, and educational opportunities for all students to engage with the campus and the community.

Essential Job Functions**:Coordinates all student related activities and functions;** Promotes, organizes, schedules, supervises student intramural/recreational programs, Event management; **Facilitate, support, and coordinate all activities of the student council since Election to Annual Prize Distributions and maintaining the log of work.** Handle AACSB, NBA Accreditation, NIRF Ranking and misc. accreditation work **Developed, promoted, and conducted a variety of extra curricular programs for students.** Plan and arrange meetings with council members, as needed. **Establish and maintain conducive environment for students’ learning, in an efficient manner.** Develop and maintain cordial relationships with management and students. **Take care of administrative work of Hostel Affairs which come under Dean, Student Affairs.** Organizing students counselling and other related activities. **To supervise and undertake student welfare initiatives.** Facilitating the elections/selections /formation of Student Councils*. **Planning the expansion and diversification of the students’ co-curricular and extra-curricular activities and preparation of all proposals.** To conduct students’ satisfaction surveys at the institute level for identifying areas of improvement. **Performs all other duties, as assigned.**

**Preferred Qualifications**: Master’s degree; **One to three years related work experience; preferably in a college or University setting. (Fresher’s can also apply).** High Energy Level **Punctuality & Integrity** Willingness to learn **Willing to work with and hand hold Students.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,264.50 - ₹30,024.99 per month
