**Experience Required**: 1-3 years (Freshers with strong clinical training may also apply)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for clients.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results.
- Work with children having speech delays, autism spectrum disorders, stammering, or articulation issues.
- Assist adults with voice, fluency, or post-stroke communication difficulties.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals for integrated therapy approaches.
- Maintain accurate client progress notes and reports.
- Educate families on home-based exercises and follow-up plans.
- Participate in workshops, awareness programs, or training sessions if required.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client progress.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.

**Preferred Experience**
- Prior experience in hospitals, therapy centers, or educational institutions.

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday Work **Location**: Varanasi

Pay: ₹15,363.73 - ₹35,265.16 per month
