Position: Speech Therapist
Location: Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad
Employment Type: Full-time

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid certification/licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working with young children in a school or clinical setting
- Specialization in pediatric speech therapy preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and compassion for working with children
- Fluency in Hindi and English

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both in individual and small group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication development across all areas of the curriculum
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting therapy plans and interventions as needed
- Provide guidance and support to classroom teachers on strategies to promote speech and language development in the classroom
- Conduct parent workshops and provide resources for home-based therapy activities

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
