**Position**: Speech Therapist
**Location**: Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess and evaluate the speech and language needs of children with special needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve communication skills.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique requirements.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Educate parents and staff on techniques and strategies to support children’s communication development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Genuine interest in working with children with special needs, including autism and ADHD.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a positive impact.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
