**Job Summary**:
The Academic Coordinator for the Online PGDM/MBA program will be in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly for the online PGDM. This important role includes managing course materials, helping students connect with teachers, encouraging student participation, overseeing tests, and handling overall academic tasks.
The coordinator will also act as a bridge between students, teachers, and the college management. This position needs a mix of organizational, educational, and technical skills to ensure that the online learning experience is effective and of high quality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic Planning & Coordination**:
- Be the first primary point of contact for students, addressing their queries and providing timely support for all needs related to the program offerings.
- Build strong relationships with students to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Manage all responsibilities of the Program Office, including scheduling and facilitating program activities such as online sessions, webinars, evaluations, grading, and presentations. This will involve collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, including senior managers, educators, and industry professionals.
- Monitor and assess participant performance and engagement throughout the program, implementing strategies to enhance their experience and ensure they meet their learning objectives.
- Contribute to organizational development by identifying, creating, and implementing processes for efficient and effective program management.
**Student Support**:
- Serve as the primary contact for students regarding academic-related inquiries.
- Assist with student orientation, course registration, and provide guidance on program structure and requirements.
- Track student progress and offer feedback on academic performance, while also supporting students who are experiencing academic challenges.

**Faculty Coordination**:
- Liaise with faculty to ensure timely delivery of course content, assessments, and feedback.
- Coordinate guest lectures, seminars, and additional learning opportunities with industry experts.
- Assist in the onboarding of faculty for the online learning platform.
- Administer the LMS and ensure that it is functioning efficiently.
- Upload and update course content, assignments, and grades.
- Train students and faculty on how to navigate and use the LMS effectively.
**Examination & Grading**:
- Oversee the scheduling and conduct of online examinations and assessments.
- Coordinate with faculty for grading and feedback distribution.
- Ensure the secure handling of student records, exam results, and confidential academic materials.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Monitor the effectiveness of the course delivery and student learning outcomes.
- Collect feedback from students and faculty to continuously improve the academic experience.
- Stay updated on trends and innovations in online learning and integrate best practices into the program.
**Program Administration**:
- Maintain academic records, including attendance, grades, and student feedback.
- Collaborate with administrative and academic departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the program.
- Coordinate any academic events, conferences, or workshops associated with the program.

**Preferred Experience**:
- Experience in higher education or academic administration, ideally in an online learning setting.
- At least 2 **year** of experience in academic coordination or administration, particularly in managing online programs.
- Technical skills like Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and educational technologies.
- Familiarity with online education tools, e-learning platforms, and video conferencing solutions such as Zoom and Google Meet.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, with a management degree considered an advantage.
- A master's degree is also a plus.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
