Job Description: Academic Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Academic Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the school's academic programs. The role involves supporting teachers, ensuring curriculum alignment, managing assessments, and promoting high academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate curriculum planning and implementation across grade levels.
  • Support teachers with instructional strategies, lesson planning, and academic resources.
  • Monitor student progress and analyze academic data to improve outcomes.
  • Organize and supervise examinations, assessments, and academic events.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies, standards, and educational guidelines.
  • Facilitate professional development workshops for teachers.
  • Communicate regularly with school leadership, teachers, parents, and students regarding academic matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
