Academic Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Academic Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing class schedules, coordinating parent meetings, and tracking student progress to ensure smooth academic operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Google Suite and WhatsApp Business to handle daily coordination efficiently. The position is full-time, with workingResponsibilities:- Class Scheduling and Rescheduling: Efficiently manage the scheduling and rescheduling of online classes, considering student availability and instructor preferences. - Parent Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and schedule virtual parent-teacher meetings, facilitating communication and collaboration between parents and instructors. - Student Progress Tracking: Monitor and track student progress, maintaining accurate records of achievements, assessments, and areas for improvement.Skills required :- Ability to write clearly. - Warm personality with strong communication skills. - Ability to work well under limited supervision.Experience:- Previous experience in operations, scheduling, or similar roles is preferred, with a focus on homework management and parent communication. - Organization and Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. - Must be proficient with Google Suite and WhatsApp Business.Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)Days: Monday to SaturdayTimings: 12 PM – 8 PM
