**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the foreign exchange market.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company’s client base.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their Forex needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Client Acquisition and Management**:
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into clients.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of the company’s Forex services.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, addressing their needs and concerns related to foreign exchange transactions.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the Forex industry.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on Forex market developments and client requirements.
- **Sales and Target Achievement**:
- Set and achieve sales targets and performance metrics for Forex products and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay knowledgeable about the company’s Forex products and services, including exchange rates, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on Forex market conditions and product offerings.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:
- Ensure that all transactions and business activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Identify and manage potential risks associated with foreign exchange trading and client transactions.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other departments, such as trading, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of Forex services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and materials.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Additional certifications in Forex trading or financial markets are a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in business development or sales within the financial services or foreign exchange industry.
- **Skills**: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using Forex trading platforms and financial analysis tools.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the foreign exchange market, trading strategies, and financial products. Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements.
