Customer Relation Executive(Foreign Exchange)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with foreign currency exchange, travel cards, remittance services, and related forex transactions.
- Educate clients on exchange rates, transaction procedures, documentation requirements, and service charges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global currency trends and regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI norms, FEMA).
- Process forex transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Handle queries, complaints, and requests from walk-in clients, corporate clients, and online customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and filing of customer KYC documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, compliance, and accounts for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain records of daily transactions and submit reports to the branch manager or compliance officer.
- Upsell additional financial products or services when relevant (e.g., travel insurance, cards, money transfers).

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance background preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in a forex, banking, travel, or financial services environment.
- Sound knowledge of foreign exchange products, rates, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with forex software platforms and basic MS Office skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle cash responsibly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
