- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems.

**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent (GSA). As the first point of contact for our guests, the GSA plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from the moment guests enter our establishment. **Guest Check-In/Check-Out**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and facilitate the check-in process.
- Verify guest information, process payments, and issue room keys.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions during check-in.

**Customer Service**:

- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Provide information about hotel policies, procedures, and services.
- Anticipate and address guest needs to ensure a positive experience.

**Reservation Management**:

- Assist guests with making, modifying, or canceling reservations.
- Manage room inventory and ensure accurate reservation records.

**Communication**:

- Effectively communicate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services.

**Problem Resolution**:

- Resolve guest issues and concerns promptly and escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through effective problem-solving.

**Cash Handling**:

- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.

**Safety and Security**:

- Follow hotel security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and their belongings.
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 per month
