**Responsibilities**:

- **Contract Drafting**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, ensuring legal compliance and protecting the company's interests.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide legal guidance on contract matters.
- **Writ Petitions**:

- Handle the preparation, filing, and representation of Writ Petitions before relevant courts.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal developments related to Writ Petitions.
- **Legal Advisory**:

- Provide legal advice and opinions on a wide range of matters, offering proactive solutions to mitigate legal risks.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Bar Council registration is mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- Experience in contract drafting and handling Writ Petitions.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and drafting.
- **Skills**:

- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Proficient in using legal databases and software.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
