Job Title: Advocate

Location: Kolkata

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Registration:
Manage property registration processes with accuracy and legal compliance.

Ensure proper documentation for successful property transactions.

Mutation:
Handle and complete property mutation processes efficiently.

Liaise with government authorities to resolve issues related to mutation.

Title Search:
Conduct detailed legal title searches for real estate properties.

Verify ownership and address discrepancies in title documentation.

Legal Support:
Provide expert legal advice on property matters.

Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and related documents.

Qualifications:
LL.B. from a recognized university.

Minimum 5 years of legal experience in a law firm, with expertise in property law.

Strong knowledge of registration, mutation, and title verification processes.

Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
