We are a forward-thinking banking firm specializing in assisting **debt defaulters** in managing and resolving their financial challenges. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated **Junior Advocate** to join our legal team and provide legal support to clients facing debt-related issues, including loan defaults and financial restructuring.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in providing legal counsel to clients on debt management, loan settlements, and restructuring agreements.
- Draft and review legal documents such as settlement agreements, notices, and correspondence.
- Represent clients in negotiations with banks, financial institutions, and creditors.
- Conduct legal research on banking regulations, debt recovery laws, and insolvency proceedings.
- Support senior advocates in preparing legal strategies and handling court cases related to debt default.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and options, helping them navigate complex financial and legal matters.

**Qualifications**:

- Min Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- 0-2 years of experience in debt recovery, insolvency laws, or banking law (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge of debt recovery laws, loan restructuring, and financial regulations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
- Compassionate approach with an understanding of client difficulties and legal implications.
