  • Assist in drafting petitions, affidavits, plaints, written statements, replies, and legal notices.
  • Prepare and file cases in Civil, Criminal, DRT, MSME, and other courts or tribunals.
  • Visit courts regularly for filing, listing, attending hearings, and collecting certified copies or orders.
  • Conduct legal research on case laws, Acts, and judgments as directed.
  • Maintain case files, documents, and daily cause list records.
  • Assist in client meetings and note case details and instructions.
  • Prepare briefs and summaries for senior advocates before hearings.
  • Draft and reply to RTI applications, representations, and correspondences with government offices.
  • Coordinate with court clerks, registry, and process servers for filing and compliance.
  • Help in preparing case status reports and next-date follow-ups.
  • Maintain proper documentation, office files, and digital copies of all legal work.
  • Perform any other litigation or drafting-related work assigned by the senior advocate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7, ₹10,000.00 per month
