**Job Responsibility**
- This would entail completion of contract paperwork, new hire paperwork (including any immigration processes), vendor follow-up.
- Initiation and follow-up of respective background checks, paperwork (W2 or C2C) as per legal regulations, coordinating the background check process with the client/vendor
- The job would also involve liaising with client counterparts to ensure successful onboarding of new hires.
- Other responsibilities include providing assistance with immigration processes and paperwork.

**Skills Required**:
1. Individual must be detail oriented and well organized.

2. Should be skilled with data collection, maintenance and retrieval.

3. Should have the ability to multitask and stay on point.

4. Should have very good knowledge of MS office.

5. Must have good communication (written and verbal)
